"Into the Glory" Original Print 2024
I was captivated by shimmering bubbles floating through air, reflecting iridescent hues when kissed by sunlight. In creating this artwork, I aimed to capture the ephemeral beauty and ethereal quality of these shimmering colours through delicate layers of watercolour and thin acrylics. As I delved into the process, I found myself contemplating the deeper significance of light and colour, leading me to explore themes of interconnectedness and enduring love.
It is the Rose of Sharon that centers my world and his oil annoints, heals, overflows and is my everlasting source of joy. It is through the lens of Jesus that he looks at his beloved. Who is his beloved I hear you ask? His beloved is you.
